Technical advantages:
Chassis: With the Isuzu chassis, the original imported motor(low noise, fuel efficient ), and the hydraulic pressure power steering and brakes, it is easy to use the wheel to go round in circles. The cockpit is equipped with air conditioning, CD player, FM and so on.
LED screen: Made of large chip tube, high brightness, life-span of more than 100,000 hours. With our patented high-refresh rate display technology, regardless of shooting with a camera or other photographic equipment will not result in scan lines. The entire screen is as clear as a mirror. With the unique point by point correction technology of the control card, the LED screen can be corrected a few years later. After the correction, the LED screen picture will be soft again. This is an effective solution to solve screen mess phenomenon.
Generator set: This technology is specially developed for our LED advertising vehicles by our R&D dept. Four fixed bolts and the shock pad could ensure the generator could be running normally when the truck is moving. Relying to YEESO power’s unique ultra-quiet technology, there is only 51 db of noisy at 7 meters. Since the generator room is installed with noise-absorbent cotton, the noise is even lower. In order to facilitate our customers to maintain equipments, we offer a free set of an oil filter, a fuel filter, and an air filter.
Lifting system of LED screen：We use the electric puts as the lifting system, since the synchronization error of two Electric puts is only 1mm,and the electric cylinder hardly need any maintenance service for 3 years. Meanwhile the hydraulic cylinder needed to be checked if oil leak or pipe damage every 15 days, which is a great burden for customers. The electric puts is high safety and will not fall down without manual operations.
Professional vehicle mounted air-conditioner：In the case of high temperatures in some countries, it could well cool the carriage, and provide a very comfortable environment for the staffs. Its most important function is cooling the LED screen and the generator. The vehicle air- conditioner could adapt to harsh ambient temperature, and it also has excellent quake-proof index and waterproof index.
Control System: With it, you could do on-site live recording and broadcasting, television program broadcasting, live karaoke and so on.
Interior space optimization: We offer a free space in the front of the carriage. So customers could use it as a reception room, a showroom, or a dressing room and so on.
